How to Obtain Lower Tuition Fees?
In case that a student on an undergraduate program regularly completes all subjects of the year in which he was enrolled, in the current academic year, in the 1st exam period, and achieves an average grade of 8.5 for that year, he will be issued a credit in the amount of EUR 500 , which he can enforce for two purposes:In case that a student on a undergraduate program regularly completes all subjects of the year in which he was enrolled, in the current academic year, in the 1st exam period, and achieves an average grade of 8.5 for that year, he will be issued a credit in the amount of EUR 500 , which he can enforce for two purposes:
- for tuition fees, additional services or other educational programs in the GEA College group, or
- donates to the UPI Foundation, where the amount is used for scholarships for students who cannot afford to study at GEA College.
In case that a student with the status of an athlete on an undergraduate program regularly completes all subjects of the year in which he was enrolled in the current academic year, in the 1st exam period, and achieves an average grade of 8.5 for that year, then he will be issued a credit in in the amount of EUR 700, which can be used for two purposes:
- for tuition fees, additional services or other educational programs in the GEA College group, or
- donates to the UPI Foundation, where the amount is used for scholarships for students who cannot afford to study at GEA College
The student must use the credit amount within two years, otherwise the amount is automatically donated to the UPI Foundation.

Paying your fees
As a Slovenian – student you have two options for the payment of the tuition fee:
- Payment of the full tuition fees at the beginning of the academic year
- Spread your fee payments over 10 instalments*
*Each month 1/10 part of the tuition fee must be paid. The first instalment includes one time cost of 50,00 € for a request to enter into an installment agreement.
As a foreign student you need to:
- Pay for the whole programme of study in advance at the start of your first year, with the fee level fixed at the rate of your first year of study.
The enrollment fee in amount of 270,00 € can be paid on an annual basis.
